What kind of profile pictures/videos should I use?

Upload photos to Hi Hello that show off your best side! People want to see YOU, not your friends and certainly not you in sunglasses and a mask! Smile, click and upload. Keep your more sensitive pictures to yourself – we don’t allow nudity or suggestive images on this platform. Just be yourself and you will have a ton of matches in no time! Never use any obscene or nude photos or videos in Hi Hello. 

What should I put in my bio?

Your bio describes who you are, in short. If you can’t think of ways to describe yourself, just list down what you would want in your potential partner or friend. Talk about your hobbies, likes and dislikes or even your pets or children! You can keep it light or reveal your darkest secrets – we don’t judge! All we ask is that you be respectful to the reader and keep it friendly and non-offensive. Also ensure no kind or profanity or foul language is used while chatting with your matches on Hi Hello. 

How do I un-match someone?

Don’t really like the person you matched with? We got your back. If you’re having second thoughts, you can un-match anyone at any time. 

Are profile here real?

Absolutely! We have video, photo and email verification features to make sure the person you’re talking to matches their photos. Verified profiles will have a Hi Hello verification badge and we strongly suggest you get one—they look good on everyone and help keep you safe.

How old do I need to be to use Hi Hello?

To become a member of Hi Hello, you’ll need to be 18 years of age or older. If you’re not yet 18, we’ll happily welcome you once you are. 

How to get the maximum amount of matches ?

Be online more, get more swipes, complete and verify your profile, ensure your basic info is filled properly, be yourself, be genuine so that we can match you with likeminded people 

I’m finding fake profiles, what do I do? 

Oh no, this is not the experience we want you to have! If you come across a profile that you suspect is fake, report it to us and we will take immediate action. 

Why am I not getting matches? 

We’ve all been there! If you’re not getting enough matches, we recommend that you expand your search criteria, select a wider search radius and explore more interests - you never know what might spark your fire!  

Why am I not able to use all the services in my package? 

We recommend uninstalling the app and logging in again. If that doesn’t solve your issue, please reach out to us here and we’ll get you sorted in no time at all. 

Is Hi Hello free to use?

Can I have two accounts?

Yes, absolutely! You will need a different mobile number to sign up for your second account. If you’re still having trouble, reach out to us and we’ll quickly sort it out for you.

What is Discovery and advanced filters?

Filters are a feature on Hi Hello that enable us to show you the best possible matches for you.  The filters are for who you’re interested in connecting with, for example, age, distance, language and more are chosen when you create your account and can be changed at any time. Advanced Filters are a part of Hi Hello Premium services and subscribers are able to choose an unlimited number of Advanced Filters. For example, you can set your preferences to non-smokers, people looking for a relationship and so on and so forth.

Are there any rules?

Just that you have to be 18+ and be respectful of others. We do not allow nudity or salacious images, so make sure you upload pictures that are decent! Also, be nice to the people you speak to!

Why is my verification not working?

Well, there could be 2 reasons why you’re unable to complete the verification. Either you are not correctly copying the model image’s hand gestures or you don’t look like your pictures or not following the instructions. If so, change your pictures or retake your verification photo. If you’re still facing issues, feel free to reach out to our Support Team here!

How can I add photos?

That’s easy! Just go to your profile and click on the + icon. It will take you to your gallery or to your camera and you can easily add photos. To rearrange, long press on a photo and shift it.

If I delete my Hi Hello profile or remove the app, will my subscription be automatically cancelled?

If you delete the app, you will be able to resume your subscription if you reinstall it within the time frame of your subscription.
